Purpose of processing and types of data
1. Newsletter subscription
The email address collected through the form on the site is used exclusively for sending updates, news, travel inspiration, editorial content, and promotional communications related to Patrizio Chiacchella's activities.
They are not shared with third parties nor used for other purposes.
Data processed: exclusively the email address voluntarily provided by the user
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a of the GDPR)
Retention period: until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested
Subscription method and consent tracking
Subscription takes place via a double opt-in system: the user enters their email address in the form and receives a confirmation email with a link to complete the subscription.
The system records the date and time of the consent associated with the email address.
2. Contact via the form on the site
Personal data provided through the contact form (e.g. name, email address, message content) is processed exclusively to respond to the request sent by the user.
Data processed: name, email, message content (if present)
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a of the GDPR)
Retention period: for the time necessary to handle the request, unless required by law
Purpose: not used for marketing purposes nor disclosed to third parties
3. One to One Consultations
The data provided for booking One to One consultations is processed exclusively to manage the appointment, organize the session, issue the invoice, and enable payment via Nexi XPay.
Data processed: first and last name, email address, possible phone number, date and time of the consultation, billing data (including tax code or VAT number), payment outcome. Card data is neither processed nor stored by Patrizio Chiacchella: payment is made exclusively through Nexi XPay on secure channels managed by Nexi.
Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for booking and carrying out the consultation; fulfillment of legal obligations (art. 6.1.c) for invoicing; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for technical management and security.
Retention period: operational booking data is kept for 24 months from the date of the consultation; tax and accounting data are kept for 10 years in compliance with current regulations.
Tools used: booking and calendar service provided by Aruba, Nexi XPay payment platform, email provider for communications.
Mandatory nature: providing identifying and tax data is necessary for managing the booking and issuing the invoice; failure to provide them prevents the service from being provided.
Consultations are not recorded nor shared with third parties.
Recordings: consultations are not recorded unless otherwise explicitly agreed. If recording is agreed upon, specific and informed consent will be requested, with indication of the relevant retention.
Minors: the service is intended for users aged 18 or over.
Data retention and security
Collected data is securely stored through external platforms specialized in email marketing and contact form management, which adopt security measures in line with Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data subject rights
The user may, at any time, exercise their rights under Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, including:
withdraw the consent given
obtain confirmation of the existence of data and access it
request rectification or deletion
restrict or object to processing
request data portability in a structured format
